All orders will shipped in 2-3 business days from when the order is placed. If the item is out of stock, you will be notified by email when your product will be back in stock.

 

Return Policy

Hook up your Bag is committed to its customers and strives to ensure 100% satisfaction on all  orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will promptly refund the entire purchase price (excluding shipping).

To return an item, send it using traceable shipping though UPS,USPS, etc. Include a note with your address, phone number and a copy of your sales receipt along with any explanation of why you are returning the product and instructions to make your transaction as easy as possible.
